Place your unworn boots or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the product is protected and all tags are attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new pair.
